Sing to Me (Live in Boston)

Nashville-based singer, keyboardist and songwriter extraordinaire, Brooke Waggoner is releasing her first full-length live LP via birnCORE Records on October 22, 2013. Recorded on April 4th on the campus of the Berklee College of Music, this beautifully performed 11-track set contains songs from her latest studio release, Originator, as well as two previously unreleased tracks. Joined by well respected session players, Graham Bechler, Bryn Davies and Kyle Richtor, Waggoner mesmerizes and soothes as she and her band move through this finely crafted live set.

Upon the April release of her new album Originator, Entertainment Weekly featured “Houston-born pianist” Brooke Waggoner who “takes break from Jack White's band to make her own cool noise”. Since, she’s been touring steadily opening for Jars of Clay in July and September and performed at Lollapalooza in Chicago in August – her set was a highlight in Spin.

In July she released the video for her single “Squint” also available as a remix by JT Daily (Paper Route).

Sing To Me – Live In Boston is Waggoner’s 4th full-length release. She has established herself as a formidable independent presence in the music industry, garnering over 270,000 single downloads and over 40,000 album downloads. She recently appeared on Jack White’s latest release, Blunderbuss and toured as the keyboard player in his backing band, The Peacocks.
